2 Chinese Medicine: Chinese medicines believe the processes of human body are interrelated and constantly interact with the environment; therefore the theory looks for the signs of disharmony in the external and internal environment of a person in order to understand, treat and prevent illness. We will explain the theory and show some herb samples as well as its applications.

4 Chinese Dining: Students will learn how to use chopsticks and the fundamental concept of Chinese dining - "Sharing".
5 Chinese Foods: Students will visit the most well-known Chinese Market in the city, "99 Ranch Market". Everybody will be able to see the live seafood department, exotic fruits and vegetables imported from Asia.
