The contestant must be available
for: Professional Photograph and Make-up session. Exact date will
be given after application deadline. Rehearsal dates will be
scheduled as best as possible to accommodate the contestant.

The contestant must be able to
perform for the talent phase of the Pageant. The talent must be
determined and performed by the contestant prior to the approval of
application.

Contestants are not allowed to
make public appearances or give interviews prior to the date of the
pageant without the consent of the CACC.

The Winner of the pageant will
be crowned Queen and the first runner-up will be referred to as
Princess. Duties of the Queen will be given to the Princess in the
event the Queen is not available.

The Queen and Princess must be
available for all media interviews, appearances at CACC festivities
and committee-approved events.

The Queen and Princess are not
allowed to make public appearances without obtaining prior approval
from the CACC. All requests for public appearances of Miss
Chinatown Las Vegas and/or member of her Court must be submitted in
writing to the CACC.

Decisions made by the CACC in
all matters relating to qualification standards, selection of
candidates, and winners shall be deemed final.

The rules and regulations are
held in effect during the term of their title. If the Queen is in
violation of any qualification and/or rule and regulation, she will
forfeit her title and all prizes.

All Photographs taken of
contestants by the assigned Pageant Committee photographer shall
remain the exclusive property of CACC. The Pageant Committee shall
have the authority to take photographs of contestants for such
purpose as may be deemed necessary.

In the event the winner is
disqualified, the title, crown, and issued prizes/awards, or
portions thereof, shall pass on to the next runner-up/contestant in
succession, and there shall be no obligations of any kind,
whatsoever, on the part of the Pageant Committee, its Sponsors,
Directors, or Officials toward such disqualified contestants.

Each contestant will be allowed
one (1) assistant on the day of the pageant. The assistant will NOT
be allowed to view the pageant; if the assistant is in violation of
backstage privileges, he/she will be removed from the pageant.

The Pageant Committee reserves
the right to disqualify any contestant at their discretion.
